Blackpool’s Ex On The Beach reality TV personality, James Moore, 32, who was accused of repeatedly raping teenage girl and spying on her with CCTV cameras, has been cleared of all charges after he denied ever being violent towards her.
During the trial at Preston Crown Court the prosecution had claimed Moore had raped her on no less than 10 occasions and attacked her three times. Moore, of Blackpool, was also accused of punching the teenager in the face, breaking her nose, before dragging her and catching her leg in a doorway, and pushing her so her head hit the floor. Additionally, it was claimed that he engaged in controlling and coercive behaviour and causing her to fear that violence would be used against her.
The jury at Preston Crown Court cleared Moore of all charges.
In their report of the trial, Mail On-Line have added that Moore will now face a further trial, in July, accused of three counts of possessing indecent images of a child and one count of distributing an indecent image of a child, which he denies.
