‘Remote Learning’ For Lytham Students On Teachers’ Strike Day

The first teachers’ strike day scheduled for next Wednesday 1st February will have significant impact upon certain cohorts of students attending Lytham High School.  Those attending in Year 8, Year 9 and Year 10 are asked to stay at home and engage in remote learning. The school will be open for those in Year 7 and Year 11.  However, the school is asking parents and carers of pupils in Year 7 to be available on strike day in the event that the school has to move another year group to remote learning.  The school say they will only know this on the morning of the strike. Meanwhile, further strike days will be up-coming this month.

Below is the timetable for the day published by the school.
