Wonderful Photographs By Chris Darley To Commemorate 11th November

Chris Darley has shared these wonderful photographs (depicted below) of the amazing Poppy Cascade at St. Anne’s Parish Church. The Cascade was made possible by the St. Anne’s Bell Ringers and their many friends and supporters.

On Saturday 11th November the Bell Ringers will be endeavoring a peal attempt, starting shortly after 11 a.m. (after the 2-minute silence has been marked). A peal is continuous ringing of at least 5,000 changes and takes around 3 hours to ring.

This is the first peal attempt following the restoration and augmentation of the bells earlier this year.

Thank you to Chris for these very special photographs.
