MP Menzies Says St. Anne’s Town Centre Has Potential But Its Layout Is Becoming Tired

In Parliament today (Wednesday 7th June), Mark Menzies raised the question of levelling up for the town centre of St Anne’s, saying that it has got ‘fantastic potential’, but ‘its layout, quite frankly, is becoming tired’. He added that he wanted to see more investment in public realm works that would link up the town centre with the seafront.

MP Menzies said, ‘I am working with local councillors on Fylde Council and listening to businesses as to what they want to see happen for St Anne’s. Earlier in April, I met with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to champion St Anne’s and put the case forward for a winning bid in the next round.’
