Cannabis Worth £200,00 Found Hidden In Furniture in Warton

Fylde Police, assisted by the Border Force, have intercepted the delivery of 20 kilos of cannabis, valued at £200,00, which was hidden in household furniture. This stash of hash was found in the Warton area.

A Spokesperson for Fylde Police said, ‘This week the Fylde Rural Task Force with the assistance of Border Force have conducted a drugs warrant in the Warton area. Persons have been identified and the investigation is still ongoing. The operation has prevented and intercepted the delivery of cannabis which was contained within some household furniture. The 20 kilos of cannabis is suspected to be worth around £200,000, all of which has now been taken off the streets of the Fylde coast.’

Drug dealing and drug offences will not be tolerated.’
