Paul says as an introduction, ‘ Next month, voters will head to the polls in the local elections and Rishi Sunak will face another by-election test in the marginal constituency of Blackpool South.

It’s been called after the former Conservative MP there, Scott Benton, quit over his involvement in a lobbying scandal. Polls suggest that Labour will win the seat, but all eyes are on who might take second place.’
