The ingoing tenant will be responsible for the landlords’ legal costs incurred in this transaction.’

On March 21st a spokesperson for the now closed Affordable Fashion shared this message, ‘It is with great regret that we inform you that we will be closing the shop permanently. This took a lot of thought and wasn’t an easy decision for us to make as we put a lot of our own money into this venture and ideally wanted to give it more time but due to other commitments and new opportunities this is the right thing for us going forward.
I would just like to thank each and every one of you who visited the shop whether it be to make a purchase or even just pop in to say hi, we highly appreciated it. We will be having a closing down sale in the shop starting immediately and all stock will have MASSIVE discounts applied until it’s gone so come and grab a bargain whilst stock lasts!
