Blackpool Police have arrested a boy, described as the main offender, following an attack, captured on video, of a group of youths attacking a tram yesterday (Monday 28th November) at around 12.45 p.m. The shocking attack took place on Blackpool Promenade at around 12:45pm yesterday (November 28.) The boys can be seen kicking, shaking and shouting obscenities at the tram. Shocked passengers can he heard in the background.
Blackpool Police say. ‘We are aware of a video circulating of youths kicking and damaging a tram.
We wanted to let you know that the main offender has been arrested and released on bail with conditions.
