Former St. Anne’s Bakehouse Premises Up For Rent – £5,000 Per Annum

The very popular and impressively innovative St. Anne’s Bakehouse closed their doors for the final time at the end of 2022, much to the dismay of their many devoted customers. On 19th December Amy and Laure shared a heart-felt message (depicted below) with the local community.

Now, the business premises, at 7 St Andrews Road South, is on the marker at an annual rental of £6,000 per annum.

The agents, Duxburys Commercial , say that this premises is ideally located within St Anne’s town centre, providing for a wealth of passing pedestrian and vehicle trade. They add that it is a highly visible premises, with an excellent shop front, signage & a front forecourt. The premises features open plan accommodation and the agents say that it would suit a variety of uses, subject to planning permission.

Duxburys add that it is adjacent to the primary retail area of St. Anne’s  and it is near to the junction of The Crescent, Wood Street and St Andrews Road South. It is in an ideal location within walking distance of St Anne’s Town Centre, the Railway Station and the surrounding dense residential areas.
