It’s wonderful news for lovers of bespoke dining and exceptional, innovative food as Foray Catering are opening up their calendar for Private Dining Experiences and Christmas Parties.

Stephen Rogers, Event Manager at Foray Catering writes, ‘As Foray Catering approaches it’s 2 year anniversary, we are so pleased with the response we have had during this time, as we come to the end of our second successful wedding season we are now opening up or calendar for Private dining experiences and Christmas Parties.

Foray can offer bespoke fine dining tasting menus to something more opulent such as Cocktail and Canape parties as well as our ever-popular pizza station (one of Matt’s favourites).

Oli and Matt who are known for their appearance on the hit BBC show ‘MasterChef the Professionals’ have continued to go from strength to strength with the opening of Fell Bistro last year in Longridge, Oli has now taken control of Restaurant 263 which has now been rebranded as Restaurant Aven in Winkley Square Preston retaining its 3 rosettes awarded earlier this year.

Foray was recently nominated for the best caterer in the North West as well as best Newcomer at The Wedding Industry awards and will find out in November how we faired while Oli was awarded Lancashire Life’s Chef of the Year last month, it is a very exciting time for everyone involved.
