A mindless vandal last night targetted Lythams iconic windmill and defaced it with graffiti.
A local resident told Lytham St Annes News “This vandal is on the rampage in Lytham, I have seen this tag on many electricity boxes in the area too”
There is intense fear in the area of where this vandal will strike next.
