A man allegedly was seen exposing himself indecently on the South Promenade adjacent to the Dalmeny Hotel yesterday afternoon (Sunday 10th September). He was confronted and followed towards the Grand Hotel by a group of people before he reportedly tried to hide in an industrial bin.
The Police were called just before 6.00 p.m. and the man was caught by the Constabulary who attended the incident. The Blackpool Gazette have reported that a 50-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and is currently in custody.
